Return and Exchange Policy

At Edit Fantasy World, we are committed to offering our customers high-quality products and exceptional service. However, due to the exclusive and unique nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any reason, except where required by law. Therefore, all sales are final.

Once your purchase is completed with us, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except as required by applicable law. We ask that you carefully consider your purchase before finalizing the transaction and ensure that you are fully satisfied with your choice.

We understand that this policy may differ from other retailers, but it is necessary to maintain the high level of quality and exclusivity that our customers expect from us. Our products are carefully selected and curated based on their unique and exceptional qualities, and we work hard to ensure that each item meets our rigorous standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Exceptional Returns

Although we cannot generally offer returns for most of our products (as mentioned in the previous section), we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise that lead us to make an exception to our "all sales are final" policy, in accordance with applicable law.

Therefore, we ask that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. It is important to notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and resolve the problem.

To initiate a return process, you must first contact us via email at editfantasyworld@gmail.com, clearly explaining your return request. Please include the following information in your request: name, order number, and reason for return.

Upon receiving your request, we will carefully review it and assess it according to our return policy to determine if it meets the necessary criteria. In this context, we reserve the right to request additional information or documentation as needed for our review. If we require further details, we will contact you promptly to avoid any delays in processing your return.

Please note that submitting a return request does not guarantee that it will be accepted or processed. All returns are subject to review and approval in accordance with our return policy. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return process. If the request is not approved, we will provide an explanation and may suggest alternative options to resolve the issue.

Items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the SAME condition in which you received it, with no signs of use, all accompanying materials intact, and in the original packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that we take the condition of returned items seriously and reserve the right to assess each item on a case-by-case basis to determine if it meets our resell standards.

For this purpose, we reserve the right to evaluate a variety of indicators as proof of use, including (but not limited to) the condition of the item, accompanying materials, packaging, and/or box. These indicators may include, but are not limited to: creases and/or folds, discoloration, dirt and/or stains, odors and/or smells, deformities, etc. These are just examples, and we may take other signs of use and/or damage into account that we deem relevant. Again, we emphasize that our team will carefully evaluate each item on a case-by-case basis to determine if it can be accepted for return.

Please note that any damage and/or evidence of use that occurred during shipping may be considered as proof of use (as mentioned above) and may affect our ability to process your return. We recommend that you pack the item carefully to avoid damage during shipping and provide us with any relevant information or documentation about the item's condition at the time of shipment.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will thoroughly analyze it to determine if it meets the eligibility criteria established in our return policy.

If your return is approved and deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, usually within 15 business days.

Please note that refunds will only be issued for eligible products that meet the criteria established in our return policy, and we reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet these criteria.

If more than 20 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at editfantasyworld@gmail.com. We will work with you to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible, in accordance with the limitations of our return policy and applicable law.
